We use your personal information to: provide and improve our interior design services; communicate with you about your projects and consultations; send you updates about your project status; process payments securely via Paystack; and occasionally share design inspiration and company news (you may opt out at any time). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely on a dedicated, self-hosted PostgreSQL database within our own infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), password hashing, strict server-side access controls, and rate limiting. Payment information is processed directly by Paystack and is never stored on our servers. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

4. Your Project Data

Files, images, and documents you share with us as part of your design project are stored securely and accessed only by the UrbanAura team members working on your project. Portfolio images are only used publicly with your explicit written consent. You may request deletion of your project files at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality. By continuing to use our site, you consent to our use of essential cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with: Paystack (payment processing) and Cloudinary (image hosting). Each third party handles your data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies.
